It is believed that the main and most important part in creating an essay is writing the filling of work. However, a more important step is to complete the work and check it out!
And this is exactly what we will talk about in this article!
So, the first thing you need to do is check the text for grammatical and lexical mistakes. An essay that contains many errors tends to get a lower score than the correct one (even if the subject is revealed more fully). Check your spelling, find repetitive contextual sentences, and check punctuation errors.
Do not forget to make your work due to all requirements. For example, standard use of a standard font of 12 pt (for example, Arial or Times New Roman).
Next is the stage most students usually miss, because they believe that it is not too important. So – read your essay loudly. Reading loudly helps you find places in essays that may seem inappropriate. This is also a great way to find suggestions that you have not noticed before.
Next, make sure all characters, titles, places, etc. are spelled correctly. Teachers often pay attention if the name of the protagonist is not spelled correctly in your essay. Return to the text or article and check the spelling. Check out two or three sources to make sure you’ve written all of them correctly.
Next – read your essay as if you were a teacher or a tutor. Have you clearly understood your point of view? Is the structure of your essay is easy to understand? Does your essay explains why this topic is important? Do not be afraid and do not hesitate to be critical to yourself.
And the last one – ask someone else to read your essay. Is there something to add or remove? Do they understand what you are trying to do or to tell?
However, do not ask your mother for this- she will not tell you the truth, if something is wrong with your writing 🙂
